These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In the event of any matter or dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, you and RUA shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
